A true man of God who is anointed to preach the Word of God and to minister to the needs of the people of God.  A dynamic preacher and gregarious leader, the Lord continues to use Pastor Brandon Austin to communicate the Gospel of Christ to all that will hear.
 
FAMILY LIFE
 
Pastor Brandon Austin is the son of Crystal Crump and Robert Austin of Winston Salem, North Carolina.
 
He is married to the lovely Demetraus Austin and this union they have two sons, Rodney and Bryce.
 
 
 
EDUCATION
 
Pastor Brandon Austin is currently a student at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina where he is studying Electronic Technology Computer Systems and IT.  Pastor Brandon Austin has also studied Religion and Philosopy at New Hope Bible College in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
 
 
MINISTERIAL BACKGROUND
 
The calling and urge to preach the gospel became evident early in his life.  At the age of 16, Pastor Brandon Austin preached his first sermon at a Wednesday night youth Bible study.  On October 24, 2003, Pastor Austin preached his initial sermon, and at the age of 18 he was licensed to preached the gospel by Rev. Dr. Robert Lee McGowens (now pastor of Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina and Winston Salem, North Carolina) as the youngest associate minister in the history of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
 
While serving under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Nathan Scoven at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Austin served n a great capacity in the ministry.  As the young adult minister, Pastor Austin developed, delivered, and launched the College Ministry I.M.P.A.C.T (Individuals Making Purposed Actions Causing Transformation) Ministries.  As a part of the IMPACT he conducted campus Bilble studies at Winston Salem State University, and also serves as a teacher for the Forsyth County Sunday School Union.  Pastor Brandon Austin was ordained at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church on February 21, 2016 by Rev. Dr. Nathan E. Scovens under the Rowan Association.
 
Pastor Brandon Austin was selected by the North Carolina State Baptist Convention to preach in the first annual “Preaching under 40” spotlight.  This opportunity highlighted 12 dynamic ministers under 40 years of age to preach at this event.
 
Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Robert E. L. McGowens Sr at Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Austin continued to serve in a great capacity while focusing on the goal of “Empowering People to be God’s People”.  As a team, he and his wife serve as the leaders of the young adult ministry A.S.A.P (Applying Scripture Achieving Purpose).  He also assisted in leading worship, and preaching at the Winston Salem campus during their Saturday morning worship.
